Marina Punat

Marina Punat, lying in the south-west part of Krk, the second biggest island in the Adriatic (according to the latest geographical surveys, the neighbouring Cres is larger than Krk by no more than 500 m²), is the second largest marina in the Adriatic, with a self-service grocery store, a laundry facility, a restaurant, a maintenance shop, a gas station and a nautical equipment store. Krk is an ideal starting point, especially for those who want to explore the Kvarner islands (Cres, Rab, Lošinj, Molat, Ilovik, Silba, etc.) and benefit from secluded anchorages and mild winds, which are more typical of the outer (west) islands.

This is a piece of paradise for all navigators seeking good wind, hidden anchorages and tranquillity, as the conditions for the development of nautical tourism are much more favourable to sailors and smaller vessels than to mega yachts and luxurious cruiser boats. And therefore also much more affordable.
